Shaun Hughston comes from Wollongong, NSW and has recruitment experience as a public health service manager, and in private healthcare, managing healthcare projects at remote sites in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the South Pacific.

Leonie Shepstone

Leonie Shepstone comes from Jamberoo, NSW - which is a semi-rural area about 2 hours south of Sydney. Leonie worked in the health services for over fifteen years, and managed to hold together the emergency department rosters of some seven hospitals over an entire health service. 

In 2009, Leonie left the health service to open a recruitment agency with a difference. She wanted the people she looked after to feel like sports stars being represented by an agent - rather than cattle in a recruitment machine. Leonie is an accomplished sportsperson, representing her area in touch football and can often be seen running the steep hills of Jamberoo.

Leonie is the locum/short term placements specialist, helping emergency and critical care physicians, anaesthetists, and general practitioners (family medicine) find locum jobs all around Australia.
