By working with us as a locum, we will give 15% of our own agency fee to you.
You probably know how recruitment companies work, right? We
refer candidates (like you) to organisations, and they pay us a percentage of
your salary. There is no cost to you.
So how does our incentive program work? Read on....
Say you worked a regular weekend shift each fortnight at
$145 per hour, for 24 hours in total (12hrs X2). You would make $3480 per
fortnight from these shifts. Over a year, you make $90,480. When you’re with
Beat Medical you would make an extra $2035 over the course of the year (just by working with
us).
